We ship all orders with UPS from Bellevue, Washington. When an order is placed it will be shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday). For example when you place an order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday it will be shipped on Monday.

In looking at this chart you may wonder if we did our math correctly. Yes, we did. UPS does not count the day they pick up the order. So in the UPS World 3 day and 2 day shipping methods do not count the day UPS picks up the order. However, if you select 1-day shipping the day the order is picked up is counted. I know this is goofy but it is simply how all of the carriers are set up.
We ship out of Bellevue, WA (10 miles from Seattle) so orders going to the West Coast on average do not take very long, normally no more than 3 to 5 business days. The East Coast however, takes at least 8-10 business days.

REFUND FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE:
We have a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your product you may return it for a full refund of the product purchase price.
When processing a return, please allow about 1 week for us to process the paperwork. A customer service representative will work out the details with you.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS rate; which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done enter the destination zip code and click on calculate. Directly below will be a list of the different UPS shipping options and the associated charges with them.
UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping are available to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States.
Orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air delivery. These orders are not eligible for UPS Ground or 3rd Day Select shipping.
BACKORDERS:
Shipping time on backordered items varies. You will be contacted via phone or email if you order a backordered item. At this point you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order. If you choose to wait, the backordered item will ship out to you automatically just as soon as we get it back in stock.
Payments for backordered items are made up front as part of the original order. This helps to keep shipping costs down, as it would be more expensive to charge for two separate shipments. If you choose to remove the backordered item from your order, a refund will be issued that is consistent with the original method of payment.
